Unusual, fairly clean place with very pleasant and amazingly nice staff at the reception desk. Very comfy beds, good and excellent location easy to get around on the U-bahn. And next to to the congress center, the centre of Vienna, and the lake, city center and metro station: D

Generally an excellent hotel, though not enough attention to detail. Breakfast and restaurant superb, lovely bathroom, good-sized room, comfortable bed, kettle provided, easy use of internet, friendly and helpful staff

Near a noisy road, though double-glazing very good, toilet was dirty on arrival, gluten-free bread request was ignored, (though they had some by chance) and on second day of stay had run out, although they knew I was staying a second night. In the restaurant a sticky menu was handed to me and I had to go down a floor to wash my hands

Amazingly nice staff, enjoyable breakfast, wonderful location close to supermarkets and the International centre of Vienna. Modern building and rooms with nice decoration. Comfortable ambience and pleasant views of the lake🙂

The best breakfast I had in a 4 star hotel. The variety and the quality of food was excellent. Nice interior and views over park and small lake. Hotel is located next to metro station - you are the city center in 8-10 minutes. Staff very helpful and professional.

When I arrived the shower head was broken but it was fixed the same afternoon.

I was really surprised by the nice room that provided ample space. The location also allows for easy visits to landmarks like the fine St Stephen's Cathedral, ensuring that every step showcases the charm of Vienna.

Breakfast area in the morning is too crowded, it might be difficult to get a seat when you want it. Breakfast itself is good. Also, I would have preferred an iron and ironing board to be in the room, not in a special ironing room miles away.

They had an excellent breakfast buffet, so many options, it was hard to choose! The staff was pleasant.

It wasn't budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Close to the VIC where I have had a conference

I don't understand what is a problem with the hotel administration: Why it is always a problem with the wireless internet in a room? It is not fair to advertize that the hotel offers a free internenet in each room, and then to force us to pay for internet because "free" internet has a problem.
